These terms govern your use of JobOut (the "Service"), a Chrome extension operated by JobOut.
JobOut analyzes a job posting you choose to analyze and compares it against a profile you provide. Results are informational only and are not a guarantee of job eligibility, suitability, or outcome.
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. Premium features require signing in with Google.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription offered in Indian Rupees (₹50/month or ₹120/quarter), billed through Razorpay. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or access it other than through the provided interface.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. Analysis may be inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, JobOut is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
